Adsorption Dryers RC-DRY

RC-DRY adsorption dryers have been designed for the continuous separation of water vapour from compressed air, thereby reducing the dew point. The dryer requires two columns operating alternately. The heat required by these dryers requires no additional energy source to regenerate the adsorbent, as they use all or some of the heat generated when the air is compressed in the compressor. Both adsorption and regeneration take place under pressure, which means that no compressed air is wasted on depressurisation. An adsorption dryer consists of two columns, filled with desiccant, water-cooled heat exchangers, a controller with LCD display, valves, pressure gauges and a robust stand. A compact, proven design ensures efficient, reliable operation, rapid installation and simple maintenance of your adsorption dryer.
