Adsorption Dryers HPR-DRY
HPR-DRY adsorption dryers are designed for the continuous separation of water vapour from compressed air, thereby reducing the dew point. The dryer requires two columns operating alternately. Adsorption takes place under pressure in the first column, while the second column is regenerated with heated ambient air or purge air. A dryer therefore consists of these two columns, filled with desiccant, as well as a fan, a boiler room, a controller with LCD screen, valves, pressure gauges and a robust skid. The compact, proven design ensures efficient, reliable operation, rapid installation and simple maintenance.
