Compressed air refregeration dryer: RDP series
RDP refrigeration dryers have been designed to effectively separate water from compressed air, lowering the pressure dew point to +3°C. Drying is based on the principle of cooling, which takes place in a highly efficient, ultra-compact 3-stage heat exchanger. In the first stage (air-to-air heat exchanger), the cold, moist air entering the unit is pre-cooled. In the second stage (air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger), water is intensively condensed by the cooling air. All the condensed water is separated from the main compressed air flow in the third stage by the integrated condenser. The proven, robust design of these compressed-air refrigeration dryers ensures efficient, reliable operation, rapid installation and simplified maintenance.
