The adsorption dryers in the R-DRY BVA range have been designed for continuous separation of water vapour and compressed air, thereby reducing the dew point. They require two columns operating alternately. Adsorption takes place under pressure in the first column, while at the same time the second is regenerated by heated ambient air or purge air. An adsorption dryer consists of two columns filled with adsorbent, a blower, a heater, a controller with LCD screen, valves, pressure gauges and a support structure.
