Adsorption Dryers R-DRY BP
R-DRY BP 400-20000 adsorption dryers are designed for the continuous separation of water vapour from compressed air, thereby lowering the dew point. R-DRY dryers have two columns that operate alternately. Adsorption takes place under pressure in the first column, while the second column is regenerated using heated ambient air for desorption. Dry, expanded purge air is used for cooling. This type of BP dryer is suitable for applications where a low PDP is required, in warmer and more humid ambient conditions, and where compressed air can be used for cooling. A dryer consists of two desiccant-filled columns, a fan, a heater, a controller with LCD display, valves, pressure gauges and a robust skid. A compact, proven design ensures efficient, reliable operation, rapid installation and simple maintenance.
